• Over 30 years of experience with Davenport, Marvin, Joyce & Co., LLP
• Served 3-year term on the AICPA Auditing Standards Board and 6 years on the N.C. Board of CPA Examiners
• Served on the following AICPA ASB Task Forces: Internal Controls, Auditor's Report, and Risk Assessment and as Chairmain of the AICPA ASB Task Force for Inventory, Fair Value and Litigation Claims and Assessments
• Also a current member of the NCACPA Peer Review and Accounting and Auditing Executive Committees
• Manages technical resources, engagement support, audit practice matters and reviews CPAmerica A&A publications

Director of Tax
Linda S. Harding, CPA

• Supports the membership's tax resources
• 20 years of tax experience with Deloitte and KPMG
• Tax shareholder with a large local firm that was a BDO Alliance member Practicing in the ares of closely-held businesses and their owners as well as public company FAS 109 services
• Represents CPAmerica as a member of the 2012-2014 Internal Revenue Service Advisory Committee and the 2011-2012 AICPA Tax Legislation and Policy Committee
• Manages technical resources, tax practice matters and reviews CPAmerica tax publications

Director of Concierge Services
G. Kathy McDonald

• Supports the membership's firm management and firm administration support resources for 2012 and beyond
• 25 years of experience with CPAmerica International, serving more than 80 CPAmerica members and 240 CPAConnect members in the U.S.
• Executive Vice President of CPAmerica domestic operations for the past 10 years
• Holds relationships with outside consultants and organizations with national reputations in the accounting firm industry
