2015 Regional Partners Meetings
We will have four regional meeting this year that will be located in Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, and Albuquerque, N.M. Join us for high-level sharing amongst partners with topics covering: succession planning, partner retirement and transition, firm culture, organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, staff development, building bench strength, niche development, best practices, and a variety of member sharing sessions.
2015 Next Generation Conference
Next Generation Conference will continue to support both first-time attendees and ongoing participants in its second rendition located in Chicago. The conference will have two tracks: one for returning attendees and the other for new attendees. Returning attendees will gain awareness of how the firm works and how to be successful in the next stage at a firm by learning how to build and manage relationships, advance firm metrics, and strategize firm and personal growth. New attendees will be immersed in relationship building, leadership principles and practice management basics with other professionals at their level, along with partners and presenters committed to developing "career coachable" employees within CPAmerica's member firms.
