Seeking experienced professionals
Our member firms are seeking qualified candidates who have at least five “busy seasons” under their belts. These individuals must possess recent public accounting experience, meaning they either currently work in a public accounting firm or have not been away from public accounting for more than two years.
Candidates have the opportunity to gain broad experience, grow professionally and enjoy the personal atmosphere offered by a local, independent firm. If you have a desire to continue in, or return to, the environment of a public accounting firm, one of our firms may be interested in meeting you.
If you go to work for a CPAmerica firm, your responsibilities as an experienced professional will include:
- Maintaining a strong focus by effectively managing clients' needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel
- Staying abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client’s business
- Delivering high-quality client service by directing the daily progress of field work and informing appropriate firm members of engagement status
- Respecting and protecting confidential client information
- Displaying teamwork, integrity and leadership
- Supporting colleagues and valuing others’ contributions
