Marketing Support Services
A broad base of marketing services and products is available to assist member firms in both acquiring and retaining clients and increasing their profitability. In addition to a long list of client publications, online products and seminars, CPAmerica offers marketing support in the following ways:
Client Advisory Board Facilitation is conducted on site at member firms in which approximately 12 “A” list clients share ideas and concerns about their CPA firm in a focus group setting.
Off-site Marketing Director, offering all the services of a firm marketing director “only when you need one,” is available off site through CPAmerica’s national marketing consultant.
On-site Customized Marketing Consulting, by CPAmerica’s national marketing consultant, is available exclusively to CPAmerica members. The consultant will travel to individual CPAmerica firms to help them develop or improve such aspects as marketing plans, budgets, media relations, niche services, tracking procedures and much more.
On-site Customized Marketing Training for partners and professional firm members, designed to enhance your firm’s marketing culture, is provided by CPAmerica’s national marketing consultant.
On-site Facilitation of Strategic Marketing Planning Retreats to help firms structure their marketing goals and initiatives with CPAmerica’s national marketing consultant.
Remote Marketing Consulting is also available on a limited basis from CPAmerica’s marketing consultant via telephone, e-mail and fax.
Consultants
CPAmerica retains nationally recognized consultants to assist members with client matters and questions that arise in the day-to-day operations of their practices.
The consultants are available free of charge for quick advice of up to 15 minutes. Or, they can be retained at a fee for more in-depth assistance.

Individual Firm Assistance
Individual firms receive personalized attention from CPAmerica staff members through such programs as CPAmerica Engagement Concierge and the regional REACH program.
In the Engagement Concierge program, members can request immediate assistance with an engagement or proposal. From the home office, CPAmerica staff members help to facilitate and coordinate engagement assistance.
The REACH program gives individual focus to each firm as well as facilitates sharing opportunities on a regional basis. Each geographical region of CPAmerica is assigned two liaisons – a CPAmerica staff member and a member of the board of directors. The liaisons are in regular contact with members in their region to help identify individual firms’ specific needs and goals.
