Client Newsletters
CPAmerica members may subscribe with complete market exclusivity to any of CPAmerica’s 17 national client newsletters. The newsletters are designed to assist firms in their marketing and communication efforts with clients and prospects. The quarterly newsletters, which are customizable with firm logos, are of general business interest or are targeted toward specific industries.

Advertising Campaigns
New advertising campaigns are developed regularly by CPAmerica to help member firms advertise their services in local newspapers, journals, magazines and other publications.
CPAmerica graphic artists work directly with selected publishers to assist firms in formatting the ads to specific requirements.
Current campaigns include:
CPAmerica Branding Campaign: A set of four free ads is available to help firms establish CPAmerica as a secondary brand. Complementary postcards are also available at a minimal charge for a client mail campaign. The ads emphasize trust, knowledge, responsiveness and value of CPAmerica member firms.
American Values Ad Campaign: This set of 15 different print ads is aimed at differentiating member firms from the Big 4. The ads emphasize honesty, independence, trust and the local roots of CPAmerica firms. The ads are available in both color and black & white.
Hourglass Campaign: This longtime CPAmerica ad campaign remains popular with members and lives up to its billing, “Our relationships stand the test of time.”
Seminars
Members who plan to present a seminar to their clients and prospects need look no further than CPAmerica for assistance. Ten professionally written and designed PowerPoint seminars are available for purchase, along with an in-depth set of presenter notes. Brochures are also available in each topic area to be used as hand-outs at the seminar.

Online Content Services
One of CPAmerica’s fastest growing areas is online publications, which are used to communicate with members, enhance members’ Web sites and allow member firms to contact clients and prospects via e-mail.
There are numerous online publications directed toward clients that are available to assist member firms with marketing and communication to current clients and prospects:
E-ssential$ Bulletin is a biweekly e-letter that firms may send to up to 3,000 clients. It includes online articles as well as business tips and any local news the firm wants to include.
Online articles in eight different categories are available on a rotating basis to enhance firms’ Web sites. The eight categories include:

- Healthcare

Online newsletters in the areas of tax and real estate are currently available, with more of CPAmerica’s quarterly print newsletters regularly being added to the list.
Online tax tips, written by members, are posted on a monthly basis.
Washington Tax Update, CPAmerica’s biweekly update of the latest happenings on Capitol Hill, is available in an online version as well as in print.
Other online publications are directed toward members to keep them informed about CPAmerica resources available to help them grow and improve their practices.
Brainstorming and other member print newsletters are also available for readership online.
Dispatch is a biweekly e-letter CPAmerica sends to its members updating them on upcoming events and new programs.
