Birmingham, Ala. — (February 4, 2026) — | The Kassouf Family of Companies promoted five team members, naming three new owners. Kassouf’s strategic plan for growth and development drove these promotions.

These promotions reflect our strategic vision for long-term excellence,” said Kassouf Managing Director Jonathan Kassouf.

Rachelle M. North was promoted to shareholder at Kassouf & Co., Inc., a public accounting and advisory firm. Michelle G. Pike and Shannon J. Pike were named members of Kassouf Wealth Advisors, LLC, a financial planning and investment management company.
North joined the firm over 20 years ago and works in Kassouf’s Healthcare Tax and Advisory Group, specializing in accounting, tax, and consulting services for small businesses with an emphasis on physician practices and practice management. North is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant? (CGMA?) and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Lee University. She is also a member of the firm’s Client Management Vision Team, one of Kassouf’s three think tanks that drive the firm’s growth and strategic vision, and leads the Business Process Team, designing workflows to support business tax return preparation. North is a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Healthcare Leaders Association.

Michelle G. Pike has been with the Kassouf Family of Companies for over 25 years, joining Kassouf Wealth Advisors during its inception. Michelle G. Pike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP?) practitioner and Accredited Estate Planner? (AEP?) practitioner. She is a two-time graduate of The University of Alabama, holding undergraduate program degrees in financial planning and accounting. She leads the Kassouf Women’s Initiative and is a member of the firm’s Employee Engagement Committee. She currently serves as a board member for Leadership Vestavia Hills and vice chair of the Diocese of Birmingham Defined Benefit Plan. Michelle Pike is a past board member for the National Financial Planning Association, past board member for the Alabama School of Fine Arts Alumni, past president of the Estate Planning Council of Birmingham, past president for the Financial Planning Association of North Alabama, past board president for Hands On Birmingham, and has held various positions in the Vestavia Hills City Schools’ PTOs and Council.

Shannon J. Pike joined Kassouf Wealth Advisors in 2022 after holding senior leadership roles at financial planning and investment management firms in Houston, Texas. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP?) practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in the financial planning profession. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in consumer economics and financial planning from the University of Illinois. Shannon J. Pike has been an active leader within the Financial Planning Association (FPA) over the last 20 years, including positions on the national board of directors, national president, and president of FPA of Houston; he currently chairs the national FPA’s public policy council. He also serves as a board member for the Vestavia Hills Sunrise Rotary Club, chairs the CPAmerica Investment Committee, and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Birmingham and Financial Planning Association of North Alabama.

TracyAnn Massey was promoted to Supervisor at Kassouf & Co., Inc. She earned her undergraduate degree from Samford University and holds graduate degrees from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Working in the Healthcare Tax and Advisory Group, Massey specializes in provider enrollment and credentialing services, helping healthcare organizations enroll and credential providers with payors, such as insurance companies. She recently earned her Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES) designation from the National Association of Medical Staff Services and is Alabama’s first CPES-certified professional. She also holds a Provider Enrollment Specialist Certificate (PESC). Massey is a member of the firm’s Employee Engagement Committee and the Healthcare Leaders Association.

Stevie Jones recently joined Kassouf & Co., Inc. as Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS)/Business Advisor. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama. Prior to joining the firm, Jones owned her own consulting business, specializing in outsourced CFO services and business coaching for female entrepreneurs. She has also worked for a top 50 public accounting firm and an international real estate investment company. As part of the firm’s CAAS Group, Jones provides outsourced CFO services to small businesses, creating strategies for bookkeeping, taxes, and cash management. She is a bestselling author and is passionate about financial literacy.
