Oreland, Pennsylvania — December 15, 2025 — Stephano Slack LLC, a regional accounting and advisory firm with offices across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, has announced its merger with CL Rotz and Associates, an accounting firm based in Oreland, Pennsylvania. The merger became effective December 15, 2025. Following the merger, the practice will operate under the Stephano Slack name and continue serving clients from its Oreland office.
The merger reflects a shared commitment to supporting clients’ best interests through responsive service, thoughtful guidance, and long-term relationship continuity. After building his career and serving as a Partner with several small firms in the region for more than 20 years, Chris Rotz realized his lifelong goal of launching his own practice in 2003, focusing on tax accounting and consulting. Throughout his career, Chris was known for his hands-on approach, deep understanding of his clients’ needs, and the long-standing relationships he cultivated—many spanning more than 30 years. Kelly DiMaria and Kris Griffin worked closely with Chris for many years and will continue to uphold his client-first philosophy, carrying forward the legacy he built as part of Stephano Slack, LLC. Clients will continue working with trusted professionals while gaining access to Stephano Slack’s broader resources and regional platform.
