Edmund Keyes III, CPA, MSA

Tax Supervisor

Meyers Brothers Kalicka, P.C. recently welcomed Edmund Keyes III as a Supervisor in the firm’s taxation department. Prior to MBK, he worked for five years in the corporate taxation department for a Boston-based firm. Edmund’s approach is rooted in a genuine dedication to service.

“To deliver exceptional customer service, I prioritize timely, clear, and thorough communication to every client. I ensure every client feels valued, respected, and truly heard” said Keyes.  

Edmund received his M.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a certified public accountant licensed in Massachusetts. He is also a member of CPAmerica and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Edmund is committed to continuous growth as an accountant to better support his team and clients.

Mary Walsh, JD, LL.M, CPA (Florida) 

Tax Senior Manager  

Meyers Brothers Kalicka, P.C. (MBK) recently welcomed Mary Walsh, JD, LL.M, CPA to the firm’s taxation department as a Senior Manager. Bringing over 30 years of experience in tax practice, controversy and education, she also offers deep expertise in technical training as she joins MBK. 

“With a depth of experience addressing complex client needs, I strive to be a trusted resource. I provide informed, timely advice and deliver tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique concerns, challenges, and long-term goals. As an advocate, I prioritize responsiveness, clear communication, and a proactive approach, guaranteeing clients feel supported and confident in tax and business decisions,” said Walsh.  

Walsh holds an MS in Accounting and an MBA from Northeastern University, an LL.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a JD from University of Connecticut School of Law, and a B.A. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a CPA licensed in Florida and an attorney licensed in Massachusetts. She has experience in public accounting, private industry and academia.  She also has government experience having been an IRS Appeals Officer and Technical Guidance Coordinator.  She is a member of CPAmerica and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  

JoLynn Wells, CPA, MST

Tax Manager

Meyers Brothers Kalicka, P.C. (MBK) recently welcomed JoLynn Wells, CPA, MST to the firm as a Manager in the firm’s taxation department.

Combining a background in education with Big 4 experience navigating mergers & acquisitions and complex partnership transactions, I bring strategic insight and clear communication to every engagement. My goal is to empower clients through expert guidance and a practical perspective so they feel informed and confident in their decision making” said Wells.

Wells holds a Bachelor’s in Accountancy and Master of Taxation from The University of Mississippi. She is a certified public accountant licensed in Massachusetts and Colorado. She is also a member of CPAmerica and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is dedicated to achieving her clients’ goals and serving as a trusted resource for both her clients and colleagues.
