Canton, Ohio (January 2, 2024) — 415 Group, the largest locally owned public accounting and IT consulting firm in Stark County, Ohio, announced nine promotions, including Todd Ruggles to partner.
Todd Ruggles, CPA, Tax Partner
Todd Ruggles has been promoted to tax partner. Todd has been with the firm for 13 years, focusing on tax services in the real estate, construction, manufacturing/distribution and health care industries. He coordinates and reviews engagements with a variety of clients while also supervising internal processes and developing staff members. In addition to tax projects, he also works on various business consulting, entity structuring and estate planning engagements.
Michael Harvey, CPA, MSA, Tax Manager
Michael Harvey has been promoted to tax manager. Michael has been with the firm for four years, starting his career here as an intern. Michael reviews tax returns for businesses and individuals and assists with reviews and compilations.
Quaid Kloha, CPA, CMA, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Tax Manager
Quaid Kloha has been promoted to tax manager. Quaid has been with the firm for five years, starting his career here as an intern. He is responsible for reviewing tax returns for various individuals and corporations. He is also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, which means he can help 415 Group clients with a variety of functions ranging from data entry to computer troubleshooting.
Tony Peterson, CPA, Tax Manager
Tony Peterson has been promoted to tax manager. His primary focus is on reviewing individual and business tax returns.
Sabrina Ratsavong, Senior Associate Tax
Sabrina Ratsavong has been promoted to senior associate in the tax department. Having joined the firm two years ago as an intern, Sabrina currently prepares individual, partnership and corporate tax returns.
Alexander Bazzoli, Senior Associate Tax
Alexander Bazzoli has been promoted to senior associate in the tax department. After two seasons of interning at the firm, Alex joined as an associate. As a senior associate, his primary responsibilities are preparing individual and business tax returns.

Brenda Beaber has been promoted to senior associate for 415 Access, the firm’s outsourced accounting division. Brenda focuses on client onboarding, tech and training for clients and staff.
