About Jonathan McGuire
Jonathan McGuire launched Aldrich CPAs + Advisors dedicated real estate practice in 2019 to address clients’ strategic tax planning needs and partner with investors, developers, and other professional service providers. He received national recognition in 2021 as a Top 25 Tax Specialist by Opportunity Zone Magazine, and his insights have been featured in Forbes, Accounting Today, and AICPA. Beyond his work with clients, Jonathan serves on the board of Hope Village Senior Living, where he contributes to facility development and sits on the investment committee. Jonathan also teaches as an adjunct professor at Corban University, helping prepare the next generation of accounting professionals.
