Bill has 40 years of experience providing strategic tax planning and compliance services. He has served as the lead tax partner of the Philadelphia office of a top 20 national CPA firm, Co-founder of a regional CPA firm, and as a Senior Manager with a Big Four International Firm. Bill has served clients in a wide range of industries including real estate, health care, manufacturing, financial services, and high net worth individuals. He has worked very closely with several public companies in assisting them with their merger and acquisition transactions.
Bill has also served as a national director of an organization that provides continuing education courses to accountants and attorneys. In that capacity, Bill has developed and taught a number of courses on the tax planning for partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, Estate & Trust Planning and an annual Tax Update course on all areas of taxation. Bill has also been a frequent speaker at various real estate trade organization and the author and contributor of articles in several publications including, Real Estate Finance Journal, Philadelphia Business Journal and USA Today.
